Hello, I'm Jayleen, a proud mom of two boys under the age of 6 and a dedicated fiancé. After the birth of my second son and years of personal training, I decided to elevate my fitness journey by becoming a certified personal trainer and founding Flourish Fitness. My primary goal is to empower women, especially moms, to thrive and grow in their fitness journey. I believe that there are suitable exercises for every fitness level, and no one should feel incapable. To compliment the fitness journey, I have created an activewear line designed to make you look good and, most importantly, feel good.
